Expired Gym League Codes

Gym League promo codes die without a countdown. This page is the dead list, not the gift table. Live strings, rewards, and the short redeem path sit on the working codes hub. Button location and inventory checks sit on how to redeem. If you only remember one rule: Submit is the source of truth. A blog screenshot from last month is not.

Gym League is a free Roblox bodybuilding simulator from 1v2 Studios (place 17450551531), released in May 2024 and still patched. Codes bind to your Roblox account. They are case-sensitive. A failed Submit after an exact retype means expired, already claimed, or mistyped — not a hidden second spelling we will invent.

Pocket Gamer marked these dead on 12 September 2026. Do not waste a session retrying them. Type them only if you enjoy invalid toasts.

Those names tell you why they existed. 5KLikes, 10KLikes, and 150KLikes were like-milestone gifts. 100KActive was an active-player celebration. 1MVisits was a visit milestone. SORRY and DEFLATION read as apology or economy patches. Milestone and apology windows close. 1v2 Studios does not keep a public archive of dead strings in the Codes UI, so third-party dates are how we know a set is buried.

We do not list fake rewards next to a dead code. If an old YouTube thumbnail still shows SORRY paying Mega potions, that thumbnail is history, not a claim you can submit today.

Disputed codes: try Submit once

Lists disagree. Pro Game Guides (1 September 2026) marked a cluster inactive. Pocket Gamer (12 September 2026) still listed the same cluster active. This wiki will not pretend the earlier article wins, and it will not invent a new status to force the two to match.

What to do: open Codes, type the string exactly, press Submit once. If it succeeds, take the meals, Jungle reagents, or cash and move on. If it fails after a careful retype, treat that code as expired on your client today. Do not keep retrying. Do not change capitals to fish for a variant. Update30 is not update30 unless the working table prints both, and it does not.

Some of those strings still appear on our working hub because Pocket Gamer’s later check kept them live. Others (QOL2, Update29p3) show up on disputed roundups and not as a reward row we can confirm. Either way, one Submit is the test. This page will not invent a banana count for QOL2.

If a disputed code succeeds, spend it the same way you spend any live gift: meals on long machine sessions, Jungle reagents on the gym route, cash in the make money loop, potions around competitions or aura rolls. A hotfix string such as compsfix is not a reason to skip Shredded.

Older strings that may already be dead

Third-party lists and year-old screenshots still circulate Release, 20MVisits, and other launch or visit codes. They may already be dead. We do not have a Pocket Gamer line that names every historical string, and we will not pad this page with guesses.

Treat any code that is not on the working list and not in the confirmed table above as: try once if you found it in Discord or on X @GYMLeagueRBLX this week; otherwise skip it. Release from a 2024 thumbnail is not a September 2026 gift. 20MVisits is a milestone name, and visit milestones close the same way 1MVisits already did.

OCR from a screenshot is how 1MVisits becomes IMVisits and fails. Type by hand from this page or from the hub. Never add a hashtag or a trailing space.

Why Gym League codes expire

1v2 Studios ships codes when a patch or a celebration lands, then kills them without a timer in the HUD.

• Patch-tied codes use the update name: update31, Update30, update29p2. When the next numbered drop ships, the previous meal pack often dies. Hotfix twins (update31bugfix, blizzardeventfix, compsfix) usually die first because they exist to paper over a week of bugs.
• Like-milestones (5KLikes, 10KLikes, 150KLikes) celebrate a like count. Once the window closes, the string is dead even if the like counter kept climbing.
• Visit-milestones (1MVisits, and older names such as 20MVisits) work the same way. The visit counter on Roblox is not a redeem button.
• Apology codes (SORRY, DEFLATION) land after a messy patch. They are short on purpose.

None of those categories publish an expiry date you can set an alarm for. The Codes field only answers valid, already used, or invalid. That is why this wiki re-checks Submit and why we split confirmed dead from disputed instead of merging every blog into one red table.

Event food and Jungle reagents follow the same rule. A blizzard repair code can vanish while update31 still pays Dinners. Do not assume the whole list dies on the same night.

How to confirm a code is dead

Work this list in order. Do not invent a new spelling at step two.

1. Open the working codes hub and see whether the string is still in the live table.
2. If it is in the confirmed expired table on this page (DEFLATION, 150KLikes, 100KActive, 10KLikes, 5KLikes, 1MVisits, SORRY), stop. It is dead.
3. If it is disputed, or it is a fresh Discord string, follow how to redeem: wait for the HUD, open Codes under Gym, paste or type exactly, press Submit once.
4. Success toast: it is live for your account. Open inventory or check cash.
5. Invalid after a clean retype: it expired. Move on.
6. Already claimed: it is not expired; you already took it on this Roblox user.

Mobile auto-correct will capitalize frozen into Frozen and look like an expiry. Turn it off. Case errors are not dead codes.

Rejoin if every recent code fails. A stale eight-player client after a Roblox update can reject strings that still work on a fresh session. Private servers use the same Codes button; hopping rooms does not revive DEFLATION.

What to redeem instead

Skip the dead set. Claim whatever still submits on the working list. Meal packs (update31, update31bugfix) cover Beach through Jungle machine time. Potion dumps pair with aura multipliers when you enter a posing contest. Cash from live hotfix strings belongs in the next Body Alter, not in a tenth vanity roll while Tan is locked.

New accounts should redeem first, then follow Getting Started. Codes never replace 100% muscles. They only shorten the wait.

Where new codes drop (and where they do not)

1v2 Studios does not keep a permanent in-game archive of expired gifts. New strings appear when a patch or event ships:

• Gym League Discord — patch chatter and hotfix names.
• X @GYMLeagueRBLX — short event codes.
• This wiki after we re-check Submit. Named drops are explained on the Updates Hub and the latest snapshot.
• Official destinations collected under links and the Trello page.

We do not invent replacement codes when a like-milestone dies. If a friend whispers a string that is not on the hub, not in Discord, and not on X this week, assume it is already dead or for a different gym simulator. Place 17450551531 is the 1v2 Studios game.

Expired codes are a graveyard, not a puzzle. Clear DEFLATION and the like-milestone set from your notes, test disputed Update 30 / Jungle strings once, ignore ancient Release screenshots, and spend the session on machines.
