Guides Hub

This hub is the map of every Gym League guide on the wiki. Gym League is a released free Roblox bodybuilding incremental by 1v2 Studios (live since 10 May 2024, still patched). You click or tap machines, fill muscle groups, complete Body Alters from the shop, and walk into later gyms whose equipment hits much harder. Servers hold eight players. Posing contests are online, not split-screen. Private servers exist if you want a quiet floor.

Read in this order if you just installed the place: Getting Started for the first session, then Body Alters so you stop buying looks with cash alone, then Gym Unlocks so you leave Beach the moment Tan is done. Cash, posing, and rolls sit beside that route: How to Make Money, Competitions, and the Auras Guide. Codes and ranks live next door on working codes and the tier list hub.

How this wiki is organised

Each child page answers one search intent. Getting Started is the day-one loop: join the live game, redeem gifts, learn the left HUD, rotate Beach machines until Stats show 100% on every muscle, buy Shredded, enter a posing event, and know when Beach is finished. It does not dump the full alter table or the eight-gym ladder; those belong on their own pages so you can reopen them mid-grind.

Body Alters is the prestige chapter. Completing a look is the unlock step. You need Total Power, 100% muscles, and enough cash in the Shop. Stamina is not the gate. Gold is the VIP or Robux look; the free line still starts at Normal, then Shredded at 750 power, Tan at 2,500, and so on through Apex. Key alters open new gyms. If the shop greys out, you skipped a muscle or a power check, not a hidden quest.

Gym Unlocks lists the eight floors in order: Beach (starter, free), Underground (Tan), The Gym (Rock), Golden (Steel), Cyber (Diamond), Gravity (Plasma), Galactic (Emperor), Jungle (Apex). Later machines pay far more strength per click. Sitting on Beach after Tan is the slowest habit in the game. Pair that page with the gym tier list when you want a short rank instead of the unlock story.

How to Make Money is the cash chapter. Quests on the quest tab and from NPCs, competitions that pay even when you lose, the daily login (day one often lands around $250), promo codes and potions, aura multipliers, the Extra Cash gamepass, and optional Robux cash packs. Nothing on that page tells you that you must spend Robux. Packs exist; the free loop is enough to buy the next alter if you rotate muscles and pose.

Competitions covers school comps and other posing events. Pose quality, oils, your current Body Alter, and auras all score. An eight-player server with almost nobody else posing is easier than a packed one. Private servers help you control that. Stack a cash aura before you walk on stage.

The Auras Guide explains the ~$1,500 cash roll, rarity bands from Common x1.05 up to Mythical x2 (Ultra Instinct and Psycho), Galaxy at about x2.5 for roughly 1999 Robux, the VIP aura around x1.5, and Premium reroll near 149 Robux. Toggle the glow from the left menu. Stop rolling when the next Body Alter is blocked by cash, not when you are bored.

Power-Ups covers Shop food, oils, potions, meals from codes, and what not to drink (Milk clears boosts). Poses is the Custom-panel roll for competitions. Controls is the HUD map for PC and mobile.

Suggested reading order

  1. Redeem everything on how to redeem codes so potions cut the Beach grind.
  2. Finish the first-session checklist in Getting Started through Shredded.
  3. Keep the Body Alter order open while you shop.
  4. Move gyms the moment Tan, Rock, Steel, Diamond, Plasma, Emperor, or Apex completes; the gyms guide is the door list.
  5. Fund the next look with cash methods and posing, then spend leftover cash on aura rolls only if the shop is not waiting on you.

Patch notes sit on Updates and latest changes. Official Discord, X, and the 1v2 Studios group are collected under links and the Trello board. Player-facing notes live on Players. Automation write-ups, if you want them later, are on Scripts and auto-farm. Come back to this hub when you finish an alter and need the next article, not when you are stuck on a single Beach machine.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Gym League questions.

Which Gym League guide should I open first?

Start with Getting Started for the first session, then Body Alters before you spend cash on a look you cannot complete.

Do I need to read every guide before I play the live Roblox game?

No. Gym League is already released and free. Play, redeem codes, and open the matching child page when you hit a wall: shop, gym door, cash, posing, or rolls.

Where do codes and tier lists sit next to these guides?

Live gifts are on the codes hub. Ranks for auras, gamepasses, and gyms are on the tier list hub, aura tiers, gamepass tiers, and gym tiers.

Is this hub for a future launch or the current game?

The current game. 1v2 Studios shipped Gym League on 10 May 2024 and still updates it. These pages describe the live eight-player servers, not an unreleased build.

What should I read after I finish Shredded?

Stay on Body Alters through Tan (2,500 power), then switch to Gym Unlocks so you leave Beach for Underground as soon as Tan completes.
