Gym League Body Alters

A Body Alter is the prestige step in Gym League. You train muscles on machines, fill Stats to 100%, grow Total Power, save cash, then buy the next look from the Shop on the left HUD. Completing that purchase is the unlock. It can also open a new gym with stronger equipment. Cash in your pocket with unfinished muscles does not complete anything. This page is the full order, the power gates we can state, the 100% muscle rule, and why the shop will not let you skip. How a Body Alter actually completes

Three checks have to line up in the Shop:

1. Total Power at or above the gate for that look.
2. Every muscle at 100% on the Stats panel.
3. Enough cash for the purchase.

Miss any one of those and the button stays dead. Players often assume they are short on money when they are short on a single muscle group they stopped training at 90%. Open Stats, scan the list, and only then farm more cash. Stamina is listed in the same neighbourhood of the UI; it is not required to complete a Body Alter. Do not park on cardio because you think the shop wants a stamina bar.

You buy the look in order. The game does not sell you Diamond because you won one packed competition. Posing helps the cash check. It does not replace the power check or the muscle check.

How to complete and unlock Body Alters fast in Gym League

The 100% muscle rule

Rotate equipment. The Stats panel on the left is the source of truth. When a group hits 100%, stand up and change machines. Sitting on a finished lift does not raise Total Power in a useful way and it does not satisfy a different group that is still at 40%. Beach, Underground, and every later gym follow the same rule; only the strength per click changes.

Before every purchase, confirm Stats still shows 100% on every group. Finish anything that is short, then open Shop. The mid-article video on this page shows the complete-and-buy flow if you want to watch the clicks once.

Full Body Alter order and power gates

Free and paid looks sit in one ladder. Normal is the default body you spawn with. Gold is a VIP or Robux alter, not a free skip past Shredded. After that, buy in this order. Power numbers below are the gates we can state; where a number is not listed, do not invent one, just keep training until the Shop allows the next row.

• Normal — default starter body. No purchase.
• Gold — VIP or Robux. Optional. It does not replace the free Shredded gate.
• Shredded — 750 Total Power. First prestige you should plan as a free player. Does not open a new gym.
• Tan — 2,500 Total Power. Opens Underground Gym. This is when you leave Beach.
• Slate — next free look after Tan. Keep muscles at 100% and buy when the Shop enables it.
• Concrete — follows Slate on the same rule set.
• Rock — 10,000 Total Power. Opens The Gym.
• Metal — after Rock.
• Shiny — after Metal.
• Steel — 50,000 Total Power. Opens Golden Gym.
• Armored — after Steel.
• Alien — after Armored.
• Diamond — 250,000 Total Power. Opens Cyber Gym.
• Water — after Diamond.
• Magma — after Water.
• Plasma — 1,000,000 Total Power. Opens Gravity Gym.
• Emperor — 5,000,000 Total Power. Opens Galactic Gym.
• Apex — very high power, around 25 million or more. Opens Jungle Gym.

Key gym doors, restated: Tan → Underground, Rock → The Gym, Steel → Golden, Diamond → Cyber, Plasma → Gravity, Emperor → Galactic, Apex → Jungle. Beach is free and needs no alter. The gyms guide and the gym tier list explain why you should walk through each door the minute it opens.

Why you cannot skip a look

There is no legitimate skip from Normal to Tan, or from Tan to Diamond, just because you bought a Robux cash pack. Completing an alter is the prestige and unlock step. Cash alone is not enough. If a pack dumps $3,500 (or a larger bundle) into your account, that only helps the price check. You still need 100% muscles and the Total Power gate. Spending Robux does not delete Slate, Concrete, Metal, or the other in-between looks.

Gold is the one paid body on the early list. Treat it as a cosmetic or VIP lane, not as permission to ignore Shredded. If you never buy Gold, the free line still works: Normal, Shredded, Tan, and onward.

Trying to brute-force a later gym without the matching alter fails because the gym is gated by the look, not by a hidden quest NPC. Train where you are allowed, complete the shop row, then use the Gym button to move. If you are stuck, the blocker is almost always a muscle below 100%, power below the gate, or the previous alter not purchased yet.

Buying from the Shop

Open Shop on the left HUD. Select the next Body Alter, confirm the three checks, and buy. Use potions and meals from codes before a long muscle fill so the clicks are not raw. Fund the price with quests, posing (losses still pay), dailies, and aura multipliers; the spend order is on How to Make Money. Do not roll auras with the cash that would have completed Tan. A Common x1.05 glow does not open Underground. Tan does.

After a purchase, check the Gym button. If this was Tan, Rock, Steel, Diamond, Plasma, Emperor, or Apex, a new floor should be listed. Travel immediately. Later machines are the reason the alter exists. Staying on the old floor to finish a favourite Beach rack is how players stall for hours.
